WARNING: If you don't know about this already, barley is NOT GLUTEN FREE. Most rice crispy cereals have barley as one of their ingredients. You will need to make sure it does not contain barley but there are brands that have rice crispy cereals without barley. I like to go with the natural types of cereals in which most cases are also organic. Barbara's is gluten free.
